THANK YOU to everyone who stood in line, I hope you got all the free books you wanted! The attendance was amazing and the staff just couldn't keep the books in stock!
THANK YOU to everyone who stopped to chat or get a sketch! It is still hard for Ryan* to believe that people have seen his work (!), like his work (!!), and know who he is (!!!)! The Comic Bug shoppers are the best. [see all the pictures here]
THANK YOU to the Hollywood Super Crew for coming in. Hollywood Superman, Hollywood Wonder Woman, and Hollywood Hulk - you all are awesome! Special thanks to Hollywood Superman, [a.k.a.: Christopher Dennis] who signed my copy of Confessions of a Superhero - in krypton!! 
Later that night we watched the documentary which is beautiful and I highly recommend it to everyone. The life of a hero in Hollywood is fraught with danger and elation and hardships. It's very inspiring. So next time you see them in front of the Chinese Theater, stop and give 'em a shout.

Free Comic Book Day!
I want to make sure that everyone knows about Free Comic Book Day. It's happening this coming Saturday, May 3rd at comic book shops around the world. It's a great opportunity to get free stuff! check out what's new and a lot of stores are arranging in-store appearances for artists and other industry professionals, plus you can get free stuff!

Ryan will be at The Comic Bug in Manhattan Beach, CA. The Bug is going to have over 30 different artists and writers in the store to sign autographs and do sketches, plus free stuff and lots of other cool surprises. The staff there is an AWESOME bunch of doodz and always show everyone a good time. But if you can't make it to Manhattan Beach - or California - find the shop near you!
